The Thames, a treasured heritage of England, embodies history, wealth, and exploration. Many classic adventure novels begin at this river, hence the name of this Lobby: Thames Lobby. Its design, simple yet elegant, marks the beginning of a new world of exploration in holiday fiction.

The Lobby overlooks a beautiful river flowing into the sea. The entrance faces east, and the open, airy wall panels face west, ensuring constant air circulation. The light wells on both sides provide warmth to visitors throughout the day, even as the sun sets. The view from the balcony resembles scenes from classic adventure novels, reminiscent of those we've seen in movies or imagined while reading fiction books.

Shambhala: A Tunnel Through Time to the Heavenly City

The tunnel leading to the guest rooms is decorated with bricks, creating a captivating play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day and night, symbolizing the passage of time.

During the day, sunlight filters through the gaps, casting patterns on the floor that shift with the sun's movement. The time at which the light falls on the floor changes throughout the day. (On the day I visited, the patterns covered the entire floor around 10 am and then gradually faded away.)

At night, the light channel turns blue like the sky, while the interior uses light to create a mysterious atmosphere.

Like a journey to a mystical land, the right moment and leaving everything behind are essential to find true happiness.

TAKOLA, the legendary port city connecting trade from Persia, India to Suvarnabhumi and China, has been recreated based on imagination. The beachfront area is designed and arranged to resemble a prosperous port city, with the romantic charm of the setting sun and the moonlight on full moon nights. It is beautiful, mysterious, and alluring.

The Inca Wall
The wall, with its simple yet elegant lines, faces west, catching the intense afternoon sun and protecting the crops within from excessive heat, much like the Inca who worshipped the sun.

The coolness of the afternoon is enhanced by the shadows of the trees cast upon the wall, creating a sense of depth. The minimalist white lines of the wall are sure to be a popular photo spot.

As the sun dips below the horizon, stars twinkle brightly. The gentle sound of waves mingles with the melody of music.

The Moon Tower of Persia
When the full moon aligns with the tower, its light dances with the tower's illumination. A young couple stands admiring the moon, praying for eternal love.

From the top of the tower, one can easily witness a breathtaking sunset. Moreover, as dusk falls, the moon appears, adding a touch of romance to the scene. It is a 360-degree panoramic view.

Hermit Library
The room is adorned with ancient tomes and alchemical instruments, transporting you to the heart of the medieval era of alchemy.
