1. One Day Trip to Lopburi

Who says traveling is only for the rich? With a little money and some resourcefulness, you can still have a great time. Let's see where 2,000 baht can take you.

All 10 trips are day trips or 2-day-1-night trips. You don't need to take time off work or skip school to enjoy them.

Note:

  • The expenses listed are actual expenses during our stay. Please check the websites or fan pages of each accommodation for updated information.
  • All trips start from Bangkok.
  • If you have any questions about expenses, please read the full review of each trip linked below. We will explain in detail what we ate, where we ate it, and how much it cost.

1. One Day Trip to Lopburi

One day, 3 places with a budget of 700 baht.
It is possible and it has been done.
You can drive yourself or take a van.
But it is recommended to go during the end of the year because the sunflower field
is beautiful during that time. As for the reservoir and the three-spired prang, you can go anytime.
(The first symbol, which looks like a check-in, is the entrance fee to various places.)

3. Cycling Trip in Bang Krachao, Samut Prakan Province

This trip, we went with two other friends.

We split the cost of food and transportation, which made it very affordable.

You can travel with just 400 baht!

The highlights of Bang Krachao are the Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park, the Thai Fighting Fish Museum, and the Bangkok Tree House.

If you come on a Saturday or Sunday, there will also be the Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market.

I guarantee that there will be plenty of delicious food.

5. Everyone can stop time at Baan Kokkod, Kanchanaburi.

This review is based on my real experience.
If you visit this place,
you will experience true relaxation.
You can fully recharge yourself.
The accommodation is very eco-friendly.
You will wake up to the view of the dam and enjoy the cool breeze all day long.
After our visit, they have expanded the accommodation.
Go for it, you don't need a private car to get there. <3

6. Spend a night on a floating raft at Sai Yok View Raft, Kanchanaburi Province

Still in Kanchanaburi, a great province as always.

This trip, we moved to Sai Yok district, which has many floating resorts to choose from.

But if you finish reading this review, you'll definitely want to choose Sai Yok View Raft, haha.

Their rooms are really good, the view is great, and there's a pool for you to soak in the common area.

I heard the price has gone up, but it's still not too bad.

This trip is definitely our favorite.

The people of Uthai are so friendly and talkative.

Most importantly, there is a lot of delicious food, especially noodles.

Even though we ate a lot, we only spent 1,270 baht per person.

You should definitely go this weekend.
