Limoncello Lazy Valley Khao Yai: A Tranquil Escape in the Heart of Nature

Greetings from Freelance Travel Addict! Today, I'm taking you on a journey to review a hidden gem nestled amidst the stunning landscape of Khao Yai, a haven renowned for its abundance of resorts. While countless options exist, finding a truly peaceful and secluded retreat that embraces nature's embrace can be a challenge. Enter Limoncello Lazy Valley Khao Yai, where I had the pleasure of experiencing a haven of tranquility.

Despite its slightly lengthy name, what truly resonates with guests at Limoncello is the unparalleled warmth and exceptional service. This haven of privacy is ideal for those seeking a serene escape, a chance to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature.

Reaching the resort is a breeze. Simply follow the Thanarat Road, and just before the toll booth leading up to Khao Yai, take a left at the intersection. Follow the signs towards Wang Nam Khiao - Khao Phaeng Ma, and continue for approximately 20 kilometers. You'll pass Toscana before reaching the resort. Keep an eye out for the small entrance sign, as it can be easily missed.

Drive into the alley for about 300 meters. If you see this sign and this wall, it means you have arrived at the resort.

The Limoncello Lazy Valley Khao Yai resort consists of two main parts: a restaurant with a terrace and rectangular box-shaped rooms arranged in a staggered manner, ensuring unobstructed views. The rooms resemble shipping containers.

The atmosphere and view here are just as beautiful as anywhere else. Because the resort is quite far from Khao Yai, it makes the place feel quiet and surrounded by mountains. The atmosphere in the morning is very good. If you come during the winter, you will also see fog. But it happened that I came at the end of winter and the beginning of summer, so the weather was extremely hot during the day.

The rooms come in a variety of sizes and styles, depending on your preference. For families, there are adjoining rooms available. Some rooms have double beds, while the one I slept in tonight had a single bed.

Many people may not know about Limoncello Lazy Valley Khao Yai yet, as it has only recently opened to the public. From what I asked the resort staff, I learned that it was previously just a private vacation home used for relaxation, vegetable gardening, and normal farming. However, they later realized that it would be a good idea to share it with others and allow them to stay there, which led to the creation of this small resort on a hill in the middle of the community. It still maintains its natural beauty and is filled with various flowers and plants, such as the lemon tree (which is the origin of the resort's name) and a rose garden.

I love the landscaping and design elements within the resort. The trees and flowers are well-maintained and arranged in a way that is pleasing to the eye, creating a sense of order without being overwhelming. The overall aesthetic is slightly vintage-inspired, which I find charming. I'm excited to hear that the resort is planning to add more rooms and a swimming pool soon, while still maintaining its focus on privacy and natural greenery.

For those who are looking for a relaxing getaway near Bangkok, without the need for luxury accommodations, simple meals, and affordable prices, I recommend checking out this place. I slept so soundly that I don't even remember when I drifted off. When I woke up, it was already morning! Hmm... It was truly a worthwhile stay. Waking up to the fresh air, sipping coffee, and working at a leisurely pace without any rush. I think everyone would love to experience this moment.

Oh, I forgot to mention the amenities. What does this place have? The main thing everyone asks is, is there Wifi? I can tell you that this place is fully equipped. There is also a large TV screen, air conditioning, a water heater for those who are cold, a hair dryer, drinks, and a hot water kettle for late-night instant noodles ^^ Simply put, you can just come with a single bag and move in, haha. Does this slogan sound familiar?

After waking up and breathing in the morning air, it's time for breakfast. Where to eat? What are you waiting for? ^^ Here, there is an outdoor dining area with a wide balcony overlooking the mountains. But don't worry about the heat, there are umbrellas to shade you. Breakfast is served in abundance, I mean really abundant. You can order whatever you want. If you stay here, you will not only be full of heart, but also full of body when you return home.

Everything on the table is arranged by the housekeeper. There is so much food! Will I be able to finish it all? It's all my favorite food. I'm so impressed! I'm giving it a big thumbs up!

I'd like to say that I'm really full. Let's walk around to digest a bit. Inside the indoor area, there's a small bar and sofa seats for service. Judging from the decor, you can tell what kind of person the resort owner is. People who like to take pictures will probably love it. I like it myself ^^

Here are some general pictures of the accommodation. I'll be back in a bit after a short walk to digest.

We've reached the final segment of our program. I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed, especially with the friendly service, the spotless rooms, and the unlimited food. It's an incredible value for the price, which is very reasonable. Even though it's a small, unpretentious resort, it managed to win me over completely. If you don't believe me, come and experience it for yourself. And a big thank you to Mr. Ek for giving me the opportunity to review this place, and to all the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

For friends who are staying, you can see the details on the resort's website. http://www.limoncellolazyvalley.com
