Here's another review, another hotel for you. This time, it's a hotel buffet in Bangkok that we went to try.

As the New Year's festival approaches, many hotels are offering tempting promotions. This is great for us consumers.

When choosing a buffet, the first things we consider are:

A variety of food, a price we're happy with, and convenience of travel. The more convenient the travel,

the more likely we are to choose it.

Novotel Ploenchit Sukhumvit is another hotel we chose to dine at because of its convenient location.

It's very easy to get there by BTS Skytrain. Just get off at Ploenchit Station and take Exit 4. You can walk right into the hotel.

Plus, the tempting promotions are another reason why we, as buffet lovers, chose this place.

The Seafood Dinner that we went to eat will be the Seafood Republic promotion.

Which will be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at The Square Restaurant, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit.

At The Stair Restaurant, 8th floor Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit

Inside The Square restaurant, the tables and chairs are spaced apart, so you won't feel cramped. You can easily get up and walk to the buffet line.

The first thing that catches your eye when you enter the restaurant is the seafood line, which is fully stocked!

Seafood On ice will have New Zealand mussels, oysters, sea prawns, crabs, steamed blue crabs, Alaskan crabs.

But on the day we went, we didn't see any squid on this line.

A wide variety of seafood is available, and it is constantly being replenished. This is one type of seafood.

There is also grilled seafood, which is grilled by the staff and available for you to choose from.

We prefer grilled food because it's more fragrant. The smoky aroma really whets our appetite. Hehe.

When it comes to seafood, we also have to talk about seafood dipping sauce. The seafood dipping sauce at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit

is made with a medium-level spiciness that is not too spicy or too exciting. This is my personal opinion, but it's not a problem because there are other side dishes that can be added.

Both lime and fish sauce can be added to your liking.

A wide variety of Japanese-style sashimi and sushi are also available for you to choose from.

Starting with perfectly sized crab sticks, salmon is arranged in a full-fledged manner.

The beautifully arranged sushi was a delight for sushi lovers, who couldn't resist grabbing several pieces. ^^

A wide variety of salad ingredients are also available, arranged in a way that makes it easy to choose and scoop.

I don't know if anyone likes it like me, but I especially like pumpkin. 555

I want to say that I've eaten seafood at many hotels, but I've never seen roasted pumpkin before. Really.

But here, The Stave Restaurant at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit has it. I'm so happy.

And there are so many different menus to choose from. We didn't get to try everything or capture everything in pictures, but there will be plenty to choose from here.

A corner of sweet treats with both Thai desserts and cakes. Chocolate cake, brownie, Thai desserts will have Lod Chong with fresh coconut milk.

Or Khanom Krok with fresh coconut milk, I love it so much. I like it, and I believe my friends will like it too. ^^

There's also chocolate fondue, but the chocolate is arranged quite high. I guess they were afraid that if it was placed too low, the kids would be able to play with it ^^

And finally, a dessert to cleanse the palate. Actually, there were also various flavors of ice cream, but I didn't take any pictures of them, haha.

Seasonal fruits, which at this time include dragon fruit, pineapple, and sweet cantaloupe, to end this buffet meal ^__^
